We specialize in the development and production of semi-finished profiles for specialty engineering plastics such as PEEK (polyetheretherketone), PAI (polyamideimide), PI (polyimide), PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), PPSU (polyphenylsulfone), and PEI (polyetherimide). We also provide CNC machining and injection molding for components.
2. Is your product performance guaranteed?
All our raw materials are sourced from renowned domestic and international brands. Each batch of raw materials comes with a material report, and our product performance is at the industry-leading level. Product property sheets are also available.
3. Is your product quality guaranteed?
We have a comprehensive quality control system and advanced testing and laboratory equipment. We are staffed by professional personnel to ensure quality control at every stage, from raw materials to finished products, to ensure we provide our customers with high-quality products.
4. What certifications do your products have?
Our company is certified to the 9001:2008 Quality Management System. We have SGS, CE, and Rosh certification reports, and our products comply with environmental testing standards such as ROHS, REACH, and EN71.
5. What are your main equipment?
Our main equipment includes: large-scale profile production lines, various CNC machine tools, CNC machining centers, four-axis and five-axis machining centers, engraving machines, laser cutting equipment, and a Class 100,000 dust-free injection molding workshop.
6. What customization services do you provide?
We accept 2D and 3D drawings in common formats such as STEP, STP, STL, IGS, IGES, PRT, SLDPRT, SAT, and X_T. Customers can also send us samples for data collection. We can also design or modify products based on customer requirements.
7. What is your minimum order quantity?
For semi-finished profiles, we accept orders of one piece. Custom parts require negotiation based on the processing method and product dimensions.
8. Do you provide samples?
For semi-finished profiles, if customers require samples for performance testing, we can provide them free of charge, subject to stock availability. Customers only cover shipping costs. We guarantee that the performance specifications of the products delivered will be identical to those of the prototypes.
9. What are your payment methods?
Before production begins, customers must pay a certain percentage as a deposit. After all products are processed, they must pay the remaining balance. We will ship the goods immediately upon receipt of the balance. Payment can be made to our HSBC Hong Kong bank account or through a freight forwarder.
10. What is your lead time?
For profile products in stock, we ship immediately upon receipt of payment. Custom products require negotiation based on order quantity and production process.
11. What logistics services do you use for delivery?
We generally use DHL, FedEx, and other logistics companies for convenient, fast, and efficient delivery via air or sea freight. We also offer customer-designated logistics companies or freight forwarders. Logistics costs are borne by the customer. Shipping costs vary depending on product size, weight, and distance.
12. Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Whether it's semi-finished profiles or custom products, if there are any quality issues, assembly tolerances, or other issues that affect the fit of your product, please report them to us. After verification, we will refund or restock your product, and we will cover any logistics costs. If a return or exchange (specifically for profile blanks) is required due to a customer's own incorrect order or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the logistics costs, provided it does not affect subsequent sales.
13. Do you accept confidentiality agreements?
If a customer requests confidential product drawings or images, we can sign a confidentiality agreement with the customer. We will not upload these images or drawings to domestic or international websites or share them with others. We are willing to bear legal responsibility for any violations.
