PEEK polyetheretherketone products is made from PEEK plastic—that’s short for "polyetheretherketone." It’s a type of specialty engineering plastic that's both strong and lightweight. Even though it’s super light, it doesn’t skimp on strength, and it can handle high temperatures and wear without a problem. In fact, it’s only about 58% as dense as aluminum, so it’s way lighter. And if you add carbon fiber to it, its tensile strength can go all the way up to 200MPa.
When it comes to molding PEEK polyetheretherketone products, we’ve got a few common options: injection molding, machining, compression molding, and extrusion molding. For PEEK profiles, extrusion is usually the way to go. But if you’re making a lot of parts and need them to be precise, injection molding works better—it’s fast, cheaper per piece, and saves material. Plus, every piece comes out pretty much the same in size, shape, and finish, so the quality stays consistent.
Machining is better for smaller batches or custom orders. It’s quick to set up, easy to control costs for individual parts, and great for hitting tight tolerances or dealing with complex shapes. The finished parts usually don’t need extra cleanup (unlike injection-molded ones, which might have burrs or marks to deal with), so they’re ready to go right away—perfect when you need a really smooth surface.
Then there’s compression molding—mostly used for bigger, high-density parts. It gives you strong pieces with good mechanical properties, and it can also handle PEEK profiles.
At GuangZhou Ideal, when we process polyetheretherketone PEEK product, we pick the best method for the job, adjust things based on the part’s shape and specs, and stay on top of any potential issues. That’s how we boost our yield, speed things up, cut down waste, and in the end—save money and work smarter.

1.Really Tough and Hard-Wearing
PEEK polyetheretherketone products is seriously strong and doesn't wear down easily. Even when it’s pushed to the limit with high pressure or constant rubbing, it holds up just fine without cracking or failing. And if you blend in things like carbon fiber or PTFE, it becomes even harder and more slippery—so it lasts ages, even in parts that are moving fast.
2.Built to Last
PEEK materials are seriously tough. They hold their own whether it’s at everyday temperatures or in extreme heat and pressure. They can take a knock and fight off corrosion without bending or breaking down. That’s why you’ll see PEEK used in high-precision tools and crucial parts—it’s just that reliable.
3.Totally Fine with Hot Water and Steam
This is where polyetheretherketone PEEK product really stands out. Soak it in water at 80°C for 800 hours, and its strength and flexibility hardly budge. Even in steam as hot as 200°C, it keeps its strength and looks the same—no problem for long-term use in steamy conditions. Honestly, when it comes to handling steam, PEEK tops the list among all engineering plastics.
4.Really Hard to Burn
PEEK can even hit the UL94 5-V rating. And if it does catch fire, it doesn’t smoke much and gives off far less toxic gas compared to other plastics.
5.Barely Any Creep
PEEK polyetheretherketone part hardly changes shape over time, even when it’s under constant stress. For example, at 200°C under a heavy load, PEEK creeps way less than materials like nylon, POM, or polyetherimide. That makes it perfect for precision components, seals, pumps, and valves—anywhere keeping shape under pressure really matters.
6.A Pro with High Heat
PEEK is one of the best thermoplastics out there for dealing with heat. It melts at 343°C and is UL-rated for long-term use up to 260°C. It still works great mechanically even at 300°C. Standard PEEK handles heat up to about 135–160°C before deforming, but mix in 20% glass fiber and that jumps to 286°C. Go up to 30% glass fiber, and you’re at 300°C.

So, are your products reliable?
You bet! We get our materials from suppliers we trust, both here and overseas. Every batch is tested and comes with its own report—performance is up there with the best in the business. If you’d like, we can send over a detailed performance sheet anytime.
Can we customize products for what we need?
Absolutely! We accept common 2D/3D files like STEP, STP, STL, IGS, or PRT. Have a physical sample? Just send it over—we’ll take a look and figure things out from there. We can also design or tweak products based on your ideas.
What kind of production equipment are you using?
Our factory is packed with professional gear—like large profile production lines, all sorts of CNC machines, CNC machining centers, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, engravers, and laser cutters. The injection molding area is dust-free and meets a 100,000-class cleanroom standard.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
If there’s a quality issue, something we messed up, or anything that stops you from using the product, just get in touch right away. Once we check and confirm what happened, we’ll handle the return or exchange and cover the shipping costs. If you just ordered the wrong thing or had a change of mind (especially with raw profiles), as long as it’s still in sellable condition, we can still help—but you’ll need to cover the return shipping.
What certifications do your products have?
Our company is ISO9001:2008 certified for quality management. Our products also come with SGS, CE, and RoHS certifications, and they meet environmental standards like REACH, EN71, and others.
