PEEK tubes profile—it’s made from PEEK, a seriously tough type of plastic. You can shape it either by extrusion or compression molding, depending on what you need. What makes PEEK so special? Well, its molecular structure includes rigid benzene rings, flexible ether bonds, and carbonyl groups that really lock together. That means it’s super wear-resistant, a great electrical insulator, can handle radiation, and stays stable chemically. It’s also biocompatible (so it’s body-friendly) and can take the heat—literally. That’s why it’s often used to make all sorts of mechanical parts.
At Guangzhou Ideal, we’ve got different grades of PEEK tubes to choose from. You can go with the pure version, or pick one reinforced with glass fibers, carbon fibers—or even a special bearing grade made just for bearing applications.
We also offer two size types: regular and large.
Regular sizes are extruded, and we keep most of them in stock, so they’re ready to go.
Large sizes—anything with an outer diameter bigger than 460mm or inner diameter over 410mm—have to be made by compression molding. They’re just too big for our extrusion line. Since they’re custom-made, we don’t keep them on the shelf. We only produce them when you place an order.
No matter the size or spec, our PEEK pipe delivers stable performance, accurate dimensions, and a nice smooth finish. And we’re pretty flexible—we’ll do our best to match whatever you need.
We’ve been in this business for over 14 years, and we’re always upgrading our equipment, refining our process, and training our team. That’s how we make sure our products are not only reliable but also competitively priced.

1.Okay, so let me break down this PEEK tubes material for you – this stuff is seriously impressive.First off, it's tough in every way. Not only can it handle crazy high heat and doesn’t corrode, but it also doesn’t conduct electricity. And when it comes to strength? It totally outshines regular engineering plastics and even a lot of metals.
2.About its Mechanical Performance
PEEK is both strong and kinda flexible. If it’s the reinforced type, its tensile strength can go beyond 150 megapascals – meaning it hardly bends and can take repeated stress without wearing out, almost like some metals.
3.It Laughs at Radiation
PEEK material can handle seriously strong radiation – we're talking gamma rays, X-rays, you name it. Even if the radiation dose goes over 10⁶ Gy, its mechanical and chemical properties stay the same. That makes it perfect for nuclear industry stuff or medical equipment that deals with radiation.
4.Handles Heat Like a Champ
PEEK pipe works perfectly fine long-term at temperatures above 260°C, and can even take short bursts up to 300°C. Its melting point is somewhere between 334–343°C. Oh, and if it's the fiber-reinforced kind, its heat deflection temperature can hit 316°C! Even at 200°C, it keeps a bending strength of around 24 megapascals, and at 250°C, it's still hanging in there at 12–13 megapascals. So yeah, it’s crazy stable when things get hot.
5.Doesn’t Wear Out Easily
The friction coefficient of PEEK is pretty low – between 0.2 and 0.3. Its wear rate is just one-tenth that of POM and one-fiftieth of stainless steel. Even without any lubrication, under high speed and heavy load (like a PV value of 100 MPa·m/s), it keeps going strong without seizing up, and wears down super slowly.
6.Great with Electricity
PEEK plastic tube is an awesome insulator. Its volume resistivity is up to 10¹⁶ ohm·cm, dielectric constant is only about 3.2–3.3, dielectric strength sits at 18–19 kV/mm, and it can resist arcing for 120–180 seconds. That’s why in electronics and electrical work, PEEK is often used for insulation or to package sensitive components.
1.PEEK tubes is seriously tough and holds up great under stress, which is why it’s often used in place of stainless steel or titanium alloy for things like engine casings, bearings, gaskets, and seals.
2.The chip clamp made from PEEK uses really pure PEEK material—hardly any impurities in there. That means you don’t have to stress about it contaminating the silicon chip. So when you're clamping chips, safety isn’t something you need to sweat.
3.PEEK is getting more and more love in the aerospace world. It’s light, strong, and can handle high heat and repeated stress without giving out. That’s why it’s stepping up as a go-to replacement for metals and regular plastics.
4.PEEK pipecan take the heat and doesn’t bat an eye at chemical corrosion. That makes it a solid choice for equipment used in rough settings—like high temperatures, high pressure, strong acids, or alkalis. Think pressure tanks, pipes, and pump bodies.
5.PEEK stands up to all kinds of chemicals and stays stable across a wide range of temperatures. That makes it a perfect fit for corrosive conditions—you’ll often see it used in labyrinth seals, gaskets, O-rings, pump housings, and parts like that.
6.PEEK plastic tube is a good insulator and doesn’t mind high temps, which makes it just right for battery casings or insulation parts inside energy modules.
and backing our products — always with our customers' needs front and center.
Our tech team works side-by-side with advanced equipment and follows a strict quality control process. That way, every single PEEK tubes we produce gets checked and monitored carefully, step by step.
Over the years, we’ve stuck to doing four things well:
Keep getting better at what we do,
Keep upgrading our tools and machines,
Keep sharpening our team’s skills, and
Make sure every person here genuinely cares about quality.
That’s really what’s behind our steady growth.
Because we’ve built things right over time, you can trust that every detail in working with us is smooth and reliable. So when you get our PEEK pipes, you know they’ll live up to the high standards you count on — every time.
So, what does your company do?
We're Guangzhou Ideal Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. We started out in Hong Kong back in 2011, and our main factory is in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. Basically, we develop and produce semi-finished profiles made of special engineering plastics—stuff like PEEK, PAI, PI, PPS, PPSU, PEI, and a few others. Besides that, we also offer CNC machining and injection molding services for custom parts.
Do your products come with any certifications?
Yep! We’re certified with ISO9001:2008 for our quality management system. We’ve also got test reports from SGS, plus CE and RoSH certifications. In terms of environmental standards, our products meet ROHS, REACH, and EN71 requirements.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
For semi-finished profiles, we’re flexible—we can take orders even for single pieces. If it’s a custom-made part, then it really depends on the processing method and the size of the product. We can figure that out together once we have the details.
How do you handle shipping?
We usually work with courier services like DHL and FedEx, sending by air or sea—it’s pretty fast and straightforward. If you’ve got your own preferred logistics partner or freight forwarder, that’s totally fine too—we’re happy to coordinate with them. Just a heads-up, shipping costs are covered by the customer and will depend on the product’s size, weight, and delivery location.
Is after-sales service available?
Absolutely! If you run into any issues while using our products, just get in touch—we’re here to help. We’ll use our know-how and do our best to sort things out for you as quickly as we can.
