Okay, so the PEEK GF30 tubes material we produce is basically a composite. We make it by blending PEEK plastic with 30% glass fiber. It's a type of semi-crystalline plastic to begin with. Now, PEEK itself has a molecular structure packed with benzene rings, which is actually the secret behind a lot of its awesome properties. When it comes to producing PEEK resin, here's how it usually goes: the main raw materials are 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone, hydroquinone, and sodium carbonate. They use diphenyl sulfone as the solvent for the whole process. The reaction has to happen in a nitrogen atmosphere for protection, and the temperature is slowly increased until it hits around 320°C. That's actually really close to PEEK's own melting point, and that's when you finally get the PEEK resin.
Once we add the glass fiber, PEEK GF30 tubes's mechanical properties get a major boost. We're talking about higher tensile strength, better bending strength, and improved modulus. Its dimensional stability goes up, and the thermal expansion coefficient actually goes down. Even in high-temperature settings, it doesn't warp or deform easily. The wear resistance also improves a ton, which makes it perfect for parts that face a lot of friction.
That said, there's one thing to keep in mind: after adding the glass fiber, the notch impact strength does drop a bit, and the corrosion resistance isn't quite as good as pure PEEK. But overall, the performance definitely moves in a positive direction.
Here at Guangzhou Ideal, the PEEK GF30 pipewe supply comes in a wide range of specs, the price is pretty reasonable, and the performance is stable. It offers good insulation, heat resistance, and stands up well against chemical corrosion. Its density is a bit higher compared to carbon-fiber-filled materials, so the strength and modulus are a little lower in comparison. But honestly, it's still a cost-effective reinforced material that can meet the everyday needs of most customers.

1.So, using glass fiber to boost PEEK's performance? Really smart move. That’s exactly what we did with our PEEK GF30 tubes material. Here’s what it brings to the table:
2.Stronger & Stiffer
By mixing in glass fiber, the material just gets tougher—both in tensile and bending strength. The hardness gets a nice bump too. That makes it a great fit for high-precision stuff like gears and bearings, where strength really matters.
3.More Wear-Resistant & Durable
Once reinforced with fiber, the material can handle repeated stress way better. It doesn’t easily warp or crack when under load for a long time. Even with constant loading and unloading, it stays pretty much the same—steady and reliable.
4.Less Expanding & Shrinking with Heat
Pure PEEK expands quite a bit when it heats up—around 4.4 × 10⁻⁵/℃. But with glass fiber added, that number drops to between 1.5–2.5 × 10⁻⁵/℃. What does that mean? In high-temperature situations, the size stays more consistent, so you get better stability.
5.Better at Resisting Creep
PEEK GF30 pipeis also improved when it comes to creep resistance. Creep is that slow, gradual deformation that happens over time when a material is constantly under pressure—eventually it can even lead to breaking. Well, now that’s much better controlled.
6.Handles High Temperatures & Aging
The glass fibers act like a physical barrier that stops oxygen from getting in easily. That helps slow down the breakdown of PEEK’s molecular chains at high heat. So the material lasts longer and works more efficiently, even when things get hot.

What's your minimum order size?
For our standard semi-finished profiles, you can order just one piece if that's all you need. For custom parts, it really depends on the processing required and the size of the product – we can work with you to figure out what makes sense.
Can I get samples?
Absolutely. If you need samples of our semi-finished profiles for testing, we’re happy to provide them at no cost if we have them in stock. You’d just need to cover the shipping. And don’t worry – the sample quality will be exactly the same as what you receive in your actual order.
How does payment work?
We usually ask for a deposit before we start production. Once everything’s ready to go, you pay the balance, and we ship it out as soon as we receive the payment. You can pay through our HSBC account in Hong Kong, or sometimes through your freight forwarder if that’s easier.
What's your return or exchange policy?
If there’s a quality issue, a assembly problem, or anything that keeps you from using the parts – whether semi-finished or custom – just let us know. If we confirm it’s our fault, we’ll handle returns or exchanges and cover the shipping costs.
If the return is because you ordered the wrong thing or changed your mind (especially with profile blanks), we can still help as long as the items can be resold. In that case, we’ll ask you to cover the return shipping.
What’s the smallest order you can take?
For semi-finished profiles, we can do even a single piece. For custom parts, it really depends on the processing method and product size—let’s talk details so we can figure it out together.
