1.Strength and stiffness: PEEK resin itself is strong and hard, so is the product. It can carry more weight and pressure, especially suitable for parts requiring high strength and stiffness.

2. Self lubricity: PEEK can lubricate itself because it has benzene rings and oxygen atoms in its molecules. This structure can automatically form a layer of lubricating film on the surface of the plate, so that the friction is less and the wear is more resistant.

3. Chemical corrosion resistance: PEEK plate is not afraid of most acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and has excellent corrosion resistance. So it is very popular in the corrosive environment such as chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.

4. Fatigue resistance: PEEK has excellent fatigue resistance. No matter it is repeatedly pressed, vibrated or impacted, it is not easy to cause problems, and will not produce fatigue cracks or directly break down.

5. High temperature resistance: PEEK plate has a high glass transition temperature (tg=143 ℃) and melting point (tm=334 ℃), and the load thermal deformation temperature is as high as 316 ℃. It can be used at 260 ℃ for a long time, and the maximum can reach 300 ℃ in an instant. Even if it is used at high temperature and high pressure for a long time, its physical performance is not weak at all. The thermal deformation temperature of pure peek is 163 ℃, which can rise to 280~300 ℃ if reinforced with 20%~30% glass fiber.

1. What equipment do you mainly use to work?

We have large-scale profile production lines, various CNC machine tools and processing centers. We have four and five axes here, and engraving machines and laser cutting are also complete. In addition, there is a 100000 grade dust-free injection molding workshop, and the environment is kept particularly clean.

2. How much do I have to order at least?

If you want only one semi-finished profile, we can take it. But for customized parts, it depends on the specific process and product size. We need to talk about this in detail.

3. Can you send a sample first?

If you need to test the profile samples, we can provide them free of charge if they are available in our library. You can pay a postage. You can rest assured that the quality of the samples sent to you is absolutely the same as that of the bulk goods.

4. How to operate payment?

You have to pay a part of the deposit before the official commencement. When all the goods are ready, you will settle the balance, and we will arrange the shipment immediately. You can transfer money through HSBC Bank in Hong Kong or go through a freight forwarder.

5. How long can we usually deliver the goods?

If there are ready-made profiles in the warehouse, we can ship them as soon as you pay. For customized products, it depends on how much you order and what process you use. We have to confirm this in detail.

6. Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Whether it is profiles or customized parts, as long as there are quality problems or the size is wrong, you can directly contact us. If it is really our problem, we will cover the round-trip freight and return it for you. If you place the wrong order, or want to return or exchange (especially the shape blank) for other personal reasons, as long as it does not affect our secondary sales, you need to bear the freight.
