We're Guangzhou Ideal Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. We started in Hong Kong back in 2011, and our main factory is in Huangpu, Guangzhou. In simple terms, we develop and make high-performance plastic profiles—think of them as semi-finished plastic bars, sheets, or tubes. The technical names are things like PEEK, PAI, PI, PPS, PPSU, and PEI. Besides supplying these raw profiles, we also machine them into final parts using CNC equipment and injection molding.

2.What kind of equipment are you using?

We've got a pretty full setup. For the profiles, we have large extrusion equipment. For making parts, we have all sorts of CNC machines and machining centers, including high-precision 4-axis and 5-axis machines, engravers, and laser cutters. We also have a dedicated 100,000-class clean room for precision injection molding.

3.How do you normally handle payments?

The standard way is we ask for a deposit to get production started. After everything is finished, you pay the remaining balance, and as soon as we get that payment, we ship everything out. You can pay into our HSBC account in Hong Kong, or you can pay through a freight forwarder.

4.What if I have a problem and need to return or exchange something?

If you run into any quality problems, the parts don't fit, or there's something that makes a semi-finished or custom part unusable, just get in touch with us. If we confirm it's our fault, we'll handle the return or exchange and cover the shipping costs.

.However, if the issue is because the wrong item or model was ordered (especially for standard profile blanks), we can still do a return or exchange as long as the items can be resold. In that case, the customer would need to cover the shipping costs.
