4.Fine-tuning as we go: During machining, our techs keep a close eye on the equipment. If needed, they adjust settings or swap out tools to make sure every step goes smoothly.

Mechanical Properties

PEEK CNC machined products is really good at handling long-term stress and repeated loading without wearing out—that’s what we call excellent creep and fatigue resistance. If you mix in glass or carbon fiber, it gets even stronger and stiffer. But like most plastics, if things heat up past its glass transition point, it’ll start to lose some strength and stiffness.

PEEK, on the other hand, is a tough, semi-crystalline polymer. It’s got a high melting point and glass transition temperature, so even above 200°C, it still holds up well in strength and hardness.

Wear Resistance & Self-Lubrication

PEEK naturally has a low friction coefficient. But add some graphite into the mix, and that friction can drop as low as 0.15. In tests under a 200N load spinning at 1500 rpm, it only wore down 0.003 mm every 1000 hours. That makes it perfect for moving parts like bearings and gears—think robot joints. Parts made of PEEK can run millions of cycles without extra lube, and they’re about 30% quieter than metal ones.

Chemical Resistance

PEEK CNC product is super stable chemically, thanks to its tight molecular structure and strong chemical bonds. Most chemicals can’t really touch it—whether it’s acids like 10% HCl or 20% sulfuric acid, strong bases like sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, salt solutions, or common solvents like ethanol, acetone, or toluene. Even after soaking for over 1000 hours, it barely changes—less than 1% weight change—and its structure and performance stay pretty much the same.

High-Temperature Performance

PEEK resin has a glass transition temperature of 143°C and melts at 334°C. While pure PEEK starts to deform around 152°C, blend in 30% glass or carbon fiber, and that heat resistance jumps—its deformation temperature can go above 300°C, even up to 316°C.

Creep Resistance

PEEK CNC machined part shows very little creep—meaning it hardly deforms over time, even under steady stress. PEEK is similar: at 200°C under high stress, its creep is much lower than materials like nylon, POM, or polyetherimide. That makes both materials great for precision parts, seals, pumps, and valves where staying in shape under pressure really matters.

PEEK can handle temps up to 260°C without breaking a sweat, and it’s a real champ when it comes to insulation—its breakdown voltage hits 20kV/mm. That makes it ideal for shielding high-voltage coils. Plus, it doesn’t mind moisture or harsh chemicals, so it holds up really well over time.

Aviation Industry:

PEEK CNC machined products is seriously strong on its own, but when you reinforce it with carbon fiber, its tensile strength reaches 200MPa. That means it can take the kind of hard knocks you get during flight. And unlike metal, it doesn’t really get "tired"—so metal fatigue isn’t something you have to stress about.

Mechanical Equipment:

This material is naturally slippery, so it lubricates itself, resists high temps, and doesn’t warp easily. That makes it perfect for parts that see a lot of friction, work in hot environments, or need to stay super precise.

Petrochemical Industry:

In oil and gas, you often need stuff that can stand up to heat, chemicals, and rough conditions. That’s why this material is a go-to for valves, seals, pipes, tube bundles, and all sorts of drilling tools—it’s tough, resistant, and reliable.
