So, what's the deal with PEEK CNC machined product material? In simple terms, it’s super strong, really hard, handles high heat like a champ, resists wear like nothing else, and stays chemically stable no matter what.

It’s seriously rigid stuff.

1.Why is it so tough? Well, PEEK has lots of aromatic rings in its molecules. These are packed tightly together and pulled super close, which makes the material both super hard and resistant to bending. It can handle temperatures up to 315°C without deforming, and even at 200°C, it still keeps more than 70% of its strength. That’s why PEEK is perfect for hot, high-stress jobs where you can’t afford parts to warp or fail.

2.It doesn’t get tired, either

PEEK CNC machined product  resistance to fatigue is just as good as—or even better than—a lot of metals. Tests show it can be stressed over and over again, more than ten million times, without cracking or breaking. Compared to regular plastics, it’s way better at handling repeated movement and vibration. That makes it a go-to for parts that usually wear out fast, like compressor rotors, gears, bearing housings, and valves.

3.Eco-friendly and fire-resistant

PEEK doesn’t contain halogens, and if it does burn, it gives off very little toxic smoke. Its oxygen index is around 35%, which puts it in the UL94 V-0 flame retardant category—the good stuff. Best of all, it’s naturally flame-retardant, so no extra chemicals are needed. That also makes it easier to meet strict environmental standards like EU RoHS and REACH.

4.Slippery and hard to wear down

PEEK CNC part has a really low friction coefficient, so things slide easily against it, and it hardly wears out. That makes it ideal for parts that are constantly moving back and forth. You can make it even more wear-resistant by mixing in a bit of carbon fiber or graphite.

5.Water and steam? No problem

You can dunk PEEK in 260°C steam or high-pressure water for thousands of hours, and it’ll still hold up just fine. In fact, among all engineering plastics, it’s one of the best at resisting water and steam. Even after sitting in 200°C steam, its strength, weight, and appearance barely change.

6.Handles heat like a pro

PEEK is one of the most heat-resistant thermoplastics out there. It melts at 343°C, and it’s UL-certified for long-term use at 260°C. It still performs well mechanically even at 300°C. Standard PEEK has a heat deflection temperature of about 135–160°C, but if you add 20% glass fiber, that jumps to 286°C. Bump that to 30% glass fiber, and you’re looking at 300°C.

Do you have any samples?

If you want to take samples for testing of semi-finished profiles, as long as we have them in our warehouse, we can give them to you for free. You only need to pay the shipping fee. We guarantee that the quality and specifications of the samples are exactly the same as those of the subsequent bulk orders.

How to pay?

Before starting production, you need to pay a partial deposit first. Wait until all the goods are completed before settling the final payment. We will arrange shipment as soon as we receive the final payment. You can make payment to our Hong Kong HSBC bank account, or through your designated freight forwarder.

How long does it take for delivery?

If it is a ready-made profile, we can ship it as soon as you make the payment. If it's a customized product, it depends on the order quantity and specific process requirements. We can discuss this in detail.

What kind of express delivery do you send?

We usually send express packages such as DHL and FedEx by air or sea, which are convenient and fast. Of course, if you have your own commonly used courier or freight forwarder, you can also specify. The shipping cost needs to be borne by you, and the specific amount depends on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Can I return or exchange the goods?

Whether it is semi-finished or customized products, if you find any quality problems, inability to fit the size, or other situations that affect use, please contact us as soon as possible.
