  • Torlon CNC Parts

    Torlon CNC Parts

Torlon CNC parts is a PAI product manufactured from PAI plastic rods, plates, and tubes as starting materials, using CNC machines for processing. PAI (Polyamide‑Imide) is a high‑hardness, semi‑crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. It’s easy to work with and can handle especially high operating temperatures in air—up to 250 °C. It offers great UV resistance, excellent resistance to high‑energy radiation like gamma rays and X‑rays, plus good wear and friction properties.
  • Natural PEEK Rods

    Natural PEEK Rods

As a reliable China Natural PEEK Rods manufacturer with over 14‑year industry experience, Ideal Plastic supplies high‑purity unfilled PEEK rods made of 100% virgin PEEK resin without fillers. It delivers outstanding toughness, fatigue resistance and stable chemical properties, holds RoHS, REACH certifications, features precise dimension and smooth surface, supports free sample and 1‑piece MOQ to satisfy various industrial production requirements.
  • PEEK Polyetheretherketone Parts

    PEEK Polyetheretherketone Parts

So, PEEK Polyetheretherketone Parts is made from this stuff called PEEK. PEEK is a type of special engineering plastic—it’s part of the polyaryletherketone family. Basically, it’s made by combining several monomers that have aromatic, ether, and ketone groups. This material is pretty awesome—it’s strong, stiff, resistant to wear and peeling, and it’s also easy to work with. Plus, it’s got great chemical stability and is biocompatible.
  • PEEK Sleeves

    PEEK Sleeves

Ideal Plastic produces high-quality China PEEK Sleeves. The PEEK Sleeve, simply put, is a long, tubular PEEK component, extensively covering its length. Its primary purpose is long-distance protection and positioning, providing comprehensive wrapping, protection, sealing, and insulation for the shaft. It's typically made from PEEK plastic tubes or rods, machined on a CNC lathe. The material can be plain PEEK, or it can be filled with carbon fiber, glass fiber, or PTFE/graphite.
  • PEEK Flanged Bushings

    PEEK Flanged Bushings

Compared to PEEK bushings, the durable Ideal Plastic PEEK Flanged Bushings comes with an extra radial flange. Basically, it’s a cylinder with a circular flange that sticks out outward. The flange has a larger diameter than the bushing’s outer diameter, so if you look at the cross-section, it kind of looks like a "T". People use this design mainly when the shaft experiences axial force, needs positioning, handles heavy loads, is installed near the end face, or requires protection from dust and chips. Order now!
    1. Reduces wear
    2. Prevents shaft displacement
    3. Blocks dust
    4. Withstands axial force
  • PEEK Plastic Sheets

    PEEK Plastic Sheets

PEEK plastic sheets is a profile made from PEEK resin pellets, and it’s got some really promising uses. PEEK itself is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. It has a glass transition temperature up at 143°C, can handle long-term use at 260°C, and can even take short bursts over 300°C—way better than your usual engineering plastics. The molecules in PEEK are lined up nice and neat, packed with benzene rings, ether bonds, and carbonyl groups. That gives it great stiffness, good wear resistance, and still keeps it flexible. Its tensile strength hits around 132–148 MPa, and its stiffness is close to aluminum. This “tough but not brittle” combo makes it a top choice when you’re trying to keep things light.
